Knee pain is super common for us women over 40 but you don’t have to accept it as a “natural” part of aging. It doesn’t have to be!
I struggled with knee pain for years until a combination of movement, strengthening the muscles around my knees, and an anti-inflammatory diet got rid of my knee pain almost completely!
When it comes to movement, yoga is great for strengthening the knees and keeping them mobile and flexible.
