In my late 40s, things started to shift — and not in a fun way.

I was dealing with joint pain, poor sleep, brain fog, hot flashes, and anxiety that just didn’t feel like me.

It was frustrating, confusing, and at times scary and overwhelming.

My doctor told me HRT wasn’t for me — which meant I had to figure it out without help from HRT.

I didn’t do extremes. But I paid attention, adjusting my habits, and finding a way of supporting my body that actually worked for me at this stage of life.

Over time, I figured out how to manage my menopause symptoms.

My energy improved. My sleep became more consistent. The brain fog improved.

And I started to feel like myself again.

Not perfectly — but steadily.

That’s why I do this work now.

Not just as a yoga teacher or coach — but as someone who has lived it.
