For over 8 years now, I've navigated post-menopause with all the annoying symptoms that come with it: joint pain, hot flashes, brain fog, weight gain and increased anxiety.

Since HRT wasn't an option for me, I had to learn how to manage everything naturally.

I had to completely rethink movement, especially after chronic knee and hip pain.

My joint aches and pain made my old routines impossible - no more running and high-impact exercise!

I had to rethink how I ate, focusing on anti-inflammatory foods to support my post menopause body.
