I know exactly what it's like to be in menopause - and exercise has been critical to me staying sane.

For over 8 years now, I've navigated post-menopause with all the fun symptoms that come with it: joint pain, hot flashes, brain fog, and increased anxiety. Since HRT wasn't an option for me, I had to learn how to manage everything naturally.
