Your Yoga Toolkit For Stress Relief




Because 2020 has been such a tough year for so many people, I decided to put together a yoga toolkit for stress relief.


As a yoga teacher, I know many people try yoga because it's so great at helping you relieve your stress and anxiety.


The mental peace and calm feeling that even a short yoga class produces is priceless if you're stressed out or anxious.


Your yoga for stress relief toolkit will include three things:


1. a combination of yoga practices focused on stress relieving postures and sequences

2. guided meditations to help you to relax and release stress

3. short breathing practices to help you to use your breath to relieve your stress


The yoga will be gentle yoga appropriate for any level as well as for people with joint pain.


Meditation and breathing practices are also great tools to help us manage our stress.
