Introducing A Free Monthly Gentle Yoga For Joint Pain Class

Starting Saturday, August 29th I'll be offering a FREE Gentle Yoga for Joint Pain class every month!
I'll be teaching this class live every month the last Saturday of every month starting on August 29 at 9am CT/Jamaica time.
This class is specifically for those with joint pain or arthritis, although it's not just for people with arthritis but for anyone!
Even if you don't have arthritis/joint pain now, this class will help to prevent you from getting it!

Space is limited.
We will focus on the four arthritis hot spots: hips, hands, spine and knees.
This class is appropriate for people of all shapes and sizes as well as beginners - no yoga experience necessary!
No matter how old, inflexible or “unfit” you think you are this class will help you.
Being able to get up and down off the floor is not required.
Some postures can be done in a chair (if necessary).
