If You Have Joint Pain, I Am Launching Something Just For You!

I'm excited to let you know that I've developed an online course called "10 Yoga Poses to Relieve Joint and Arthritis Pain". 

I know so many people with some form of joint pain (including me)! 

As a yoga teacher, I know that gentle controlled movement that builds strength and flexibility is one of the most effective things that you can do for yourself to relieve your joint pain.

I've spent a lot of time on this course, thinking about what poses can help my students the most. I tested it out with a few generous yogis and here's what one person had to say about it:
