Here's my short chair yoga practice for relieving stress and tightness in the upper body, especially the neck, shoulders and back.
This practice is for everyone but also accessible for people who have limited flexibility/mobility.
If you suffer from any type of medical challenges, especially neck or back issues, please check with your doctor before practicing any kind of yoga.
